This module covers how to translate that understanding into a structured, practical and defensible third-party risk management programme — one that governs risk systematically, supports business objectives and demonstrates accountability to regulators, boards and stakeholders.

The module is structured around three interconnected elements of a mature TPRM programme: governance and policy, due diligence and performance management, and programme development and business case.
